- Would I get my wallpaper mural in a regular wallpaper width rolls?
We supply our bespoke murals in a standard wallpaper width, this may sometimes vary slightly as we will need to proportion the image subject to your requirements. However if you have specific requirements and would like to receive your mural in wider roll widths, please call us today, we will be happy to discuss this in more detail and give you our friendly advice.
- What kind of substrates(papers) do you use?
We use a high quality, commercial grade, heavy duty wallpaper. The product has been selected for ease of application, durability and colour retention. Should require a full specification of the material please click here
- Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the final product manufactured?
Monitor colours do vary slightly from computer to computer. If you like we can post out a sample of our material.
- How secure is the Coolerwalls website?
Extremely. It is impossible to access your card details as all our transactions are encrypted and secured.
- What credit cards do you accept?
All major cards are accepted as well as Paypal.
- What about delivery?
You can have items delivered directly to your specified address, even if it is not yours.
- How long until I can expect my Mural arrive ?
You must allow 10/14 working days for delivery. However we do aim to fulfil orders as fast as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your mural has been despatched.
- What is the delivery cost?
We use a designated secure courier and all deliveries are to be signed for upon arrival.
£15 for all UK addresses, £25 for all European Addresses, £35 for the Rest of the World
